I'm aware that summer is rapidly passing, the calendar confirms it. Luckily each my summer is prolonged by the fact that I'm going on vacation after the mid-September, which became usual activity in the last few years...

That's why I still allow myself the luxury of enjoying the swimsuits offer (although to be honest I enjoy that during the whole year, weather the temperature is 40 or -20 degrees)... And one of my favorite brands "Beach Bunny" doesn't cease to fascinate and inspire me with their exotic bikinis, especially when I see them on modern goddesses like gorgeous Irina in the campaign "Take me to Rio"...

Svesna sam da leto ubrzano prolazi, kalendar nam to potvrdjuje. Srecom svako moje leto je produzeno samom cinjenicom da na odmor idem tek nakon sredine septembra, sto je uobicajeno postalo u poslednjih par godina... 

Upravo zato ja i dalje sebi dozvoljavam luksuz uzivanja u ponudi kupacih kostima (iako ruku na srce u tome uzivam tokom citave godine, bila temperatura vazduha 40 ili -20 stepeni)... A jedan od mojih omiljenih brendova "Beach Bunny" ne prestaje da me fascinira i inspirise svojim egzoticnim kupacim kostimima, narocito kada ih vidim na modernim boginjama kao sto je prelepa Irina u kampanji "Take me to Rio"...

August hair care + some hair talk...

Summer is the time when I don't "harass" my hair with the excessive drying, styling, coloring and similar "torturing". I leave the color as it is, because it always becomes visibly lighter in the contact with the sun. But after the hot summer and just before the cold fall season I like to renew the color, and I usually opt for the richer and warmer tones, such as the chocolate hues, yummy yummy. That's exactly what awaits me this week- surrendering to the skillful hands of my hairdresser and enjoying the sweet change (I believe not so drastic one!), which is guaranteed by the hair painting and colorization.

And while we're waiting for the results, I've decided to share with you few hair care products I've been using during the August...

Leto je vreme kada ne "maltretiram" svoju kosu preteranim susenjem, feniranjem, farbanjem i slicnim "torturama". Ostavljam boju takva kakva jeste, jer uvek postaje vidno svetlija u dodiru sa suncem. Ali zato nakon vrelog leta tj. pred sam pocetak hladne jeseni volim da obnovim boju, i obicno se odlucujem za bogatije i tople tonove kao sto su to cokoladne nijanse, njam njam. To je upravo ono sto me ceka ove nedelje- prepustanje vestim rukama moje frizerke i uzivanje u slatkoj promeni (verujem ne tako drasticnoj!) koja je zagarantovana farbanjem i kolorizacijom.

I dok cekamo rezultate, odlucila sam da podelim sa vama proizvode za negu kose koje sam koristila u toku avgusta meseca...

So far I've preferred the lip-glosses in all forms and colors. But lately I have started buying and using more and more lipsticks...

How to make DIY Glitter Nail Polish!

I have one great idea for you today- how to make glitter nail polish that can be such a cute decoration on your nails! It can not be easier!

All you need is: transparent nail polish, any glitter form you like and a piece of paper. Make a funnel out of the paper by rolling it, put it into the polish hole (make sure it fits properly!), add the glitter/sequins through it, shake it well and voila- you have one new nail polish in less than two minutes!

Domotel Agios Nikolaos hotel in Sivota (part 2)

We had only one full day to enjoy the beauty that surrounded us. After the breakfast we went to the hotel beach. The sun was so warm yet the water was still cold. That's the thing with the Ionian sea- during the whole summer the water temperature is always (but always) considerably lower comparing to the Aegean sea!

The air in the evening refreshingly cooled down our bodies still hot from the sun. Peace, green nature, boat lights in the open sea and calm music were the perfect way to end our short but sweet stay in Sivota and Domotel Agios Nikolaos hotel...

Imali smo samo jedan ceo dan da uzivamo u lepoti koja nas je okruzivala. Nakon dorucka smo otisli na hotelsku plazu. Uprkos vrlo toplom suncu voda je i dalje bila hladna. To vam je situacija sa Jonskim morem- tokom citavog leta temperatura vode je uvek (ali uvek!) osetno niza nego u odnosu na Egejsko more!

Vazduh u toku veceri je osvezavajuce hladio nasa tela jos vrela od sunca. Mir, zelena priroda, svetla broda na pucini i tiha muzika su bili savrsen nacin da zaokruzimo nas kratki ali slatki boravak u Sivoti i Domotel Agios Nikolaos hotelu...

Early morning in Sivota + OOTD

When you're tanned you just love everything you wear! It's like the unwritten rule! All colors and all prints suddenly start to look more appealing and vibrant.

This early morning (it was 7am) I needed to wear something casual and comfy as we were returning home which meant traveling by car for more than 2 hours. Yet I couldn't give up the need to celebrate my renewed summer tan with some chic and girly pieces...

Kada pocrnite prosto vam se dopada sve sto nosite i oblacite! To je kao nepisano pravilo! Sve boje i svi printovi odjednom izgledaju jos privlacniji i zivahniji!

Ovog ranog jutra (bilo je 07h) trebalo je da obucem nesto kezual i udobno jer smo se vracali kuci sto je podrazumevalo putovanje kolima vise od dva sata. Ipak nisam mogla da odustanem od potrebe da proslavim obnovljeni letnji ten nekim sik i devojackim komadom garderobe...

Domotel Agios Nikolaos hotel in Sivota (part 1)

Yes it was July, yes we spent only one full day there (2 nights), but our little escape from the daily life and work was more than worth!!! We came back refreshed, recharged and yes quite tanned, and all we needed was that one day in Sivota!

We stayed in a lovely Domotel Agios Nikolaos hotel which we booked the night before, out of nowhere. It took us two and a half hours until Sivota so we got there around 6pm- just enough to catch some warm sun by the hotel pool...

Da- bio je to Juli mesec, da- proveli smo samo jedan dan tamo (2 noci), ali nas mali beg od svakodnevnice i posla je bio i vise nego vredan!!! Vratili smo se osvezeni, napunjenih baterija i poprilicno pocrneli, a sve sto nam je bilo potrebno bio je taj jedan dan u Sivoti!

Odseli smo u ljupkom Domotel Agios Nikolaos hotelu koji smo bukirali iznebuha prethodne noci. Trebalo nam je dva i po sata do Sivote tako da smo stigli tamo oko 18h- taman dovoljno da uhvatimo poneki zrak toplog sunca pored hotelskog bazena...

A danas je vreme za pravo letnje osvezenje: bozanstvene mindjuse u morskim bojama! Svaki par je umetnicko delo, prica za sebe...

Kala Nera (Greece) diary :: part 2

Here it is- the second part of my Kala Nera diary. The first one you could see some time ago...

Last time I said something about the place and its surrounding region, and I left my opinion for this time. So in a few words Kala Nera is one lovely, small and calming place great for a relaxing vacation. Excellent for a weekend break. Very good for the families with small kids, older people, but absolutely not for the party and energetic types (regardless of age!) as it has nothing to offer- no clubs, no loud music, no typical nightlife.

I was both mentally and physically exhausted and I thought this place would be a perfect choice for me. And it was- for 4,5 days. After that I wanted to jump out of my own skin especially during the evenings, so the patience was a crucial part of the "survival kit". I guess the fact I was overtired can not be the excuse anymore- my hyperactive mind can stay calm just for a while....

Evo ga i drugi deo mog Kala Nera dnevnika. Prvi deo ste mogli videti pre izvesnog vremena...

Prosli put sam rekla nesto o samom mestu i njegovom okruzenju, a svoje misljenje sam ostavila za ovaj put. U par reci Kala Nera je jedno ljupko, malo i mirno mesto odlicno za relaksirajuci odmor ili vikend-odmor. Vrlo dobro za porodice sa malom decom, starije osobe, ali apsolutno ne za parti i energicne tipove (bez obzira na godiste!) jer nema sta da ponudi u tom slucaju- ni klubova, ni glasne muzike, ni tipicnog nocnog zivota.

Bila sam i mentalno i fizicki iscrpljena i pomislila sam da ce ovo mesto biti savrseno za mene. I bilo je- svega 4,5 dana! Nakon toga sam htela da iskocim iz sopstvene koze, te je strpljenje bilo krucijalni deo "pribora za prvu pomoc". Pretpostavljam da ne mogu predugo da koristim kao izgovor cinjenicu da sam preumorna- moj hiperaktivan um moze da miruje samo kratko vreme...
