Lancome: Tropiques eau de toilette

Here we are again in my "Tropical Land of the Smells"... whenever there is something connected with the word "exotic", my senses start to work rapidly and impulsively! You know how much I love to travel, explore and experiment, and the best to share with you. So today I'm gonna show you another perfume from my "never-enough" personal collection.

Lancome "Tropiques" eau de toilette appeared on the market in 2006, and it was classified as a floral and fruity scent. At first you feel the top fruity notes of cranberry, raspberry and kumquat. Then the smell slightly enters into the floral world thanks to the middle note of jasmine, but the black currant and mango blossom still keep it fresh. Only after a while the base notes of vanilla and sandalwood start to charm you.
For me this is one of those perfumes that are distinctively sweet but they don't make you feel sick. Perfect for the summer, but also totally wearable all year round- I even prefer it in the winter because it's very warm and powdery soft scent. And it's much better if you wear it from time to time...

Evo nas ponovo u mojoj "Tropskoj Zemlji Mirisa"... kao po naredjenju cula krecu da mi ubrzano i impulsivno rade kad god je nesto povezano sa egzotikom! Znate koliko volim da putujem, istrazujem i eksperimentisem, a ono najbolje da delim sa vama. Zato vam danas pokazujem jos jedan parfem iz moje "nikada-dovoljne" licne kolekcije.

Lancome "Tropiques" toaletna vodica je izbacena na trziste 2006-te godine, i svrstana je u cvetno-vocnu kategoriju. U prvom trenutku osecate gornje vocne note brusnice, maline i kumquata. Potom miris lagano prelazi u cvetni svet zahvaljujuci srednjoj noti jasmina ali ga i dalje osvezavaju crna ribizla i cvet manga. Tek nakon nekog vremena pocinju da vas sarmiraju donje note vanile i sandalovine.
Po meni ovo je jedan od parfema koji ostavljaju izrazito sladak trag ali ne guse. Perfektan za leto, ali i potpuno nosiv tokom citave godine- ja ga cak i preferiram zimi jer je izrazito topao i puderasto blag miris. I jos je i bolje ako ga nosite s vremena na vreme...

Balea Exotic Love

I'm the person with a very specific sense of the smell. Any nice, exotic, sweet or fruity note can literally elevate my mood in the second! Vanilla, coconut, kiwi, pineapple and other fruits, chocolate and cookies, cinnamon- yammyyyyy! That's why I have plenty of perfumes, that's why I'm buying (non-stop) all sorts of the body lotions and creams, deodorants, shower gel/creams...

I've already mentioned few times how much I love to shop the cosmetics in DM drugstores, and what I'm especially fond of are Balea's adorably scented body products, especially their limited lines which appear on the market every season, that's something I must-to-have! In this post you can see what I have used in the past few months (and still using!)- some products I was using before so I repurchased them, something I tried for the first time. Smelling paradise!

Osoba sam koja ima vrlo izrazeno culo mirisa, oduvek. Neka prijatna, specificna, egzoticna, slatkasta ili vockasta aroma moze da mi podigne raspolozenje u sekundi, ali bukvalno! Vanila, kokos, kivi, ananas i ostale vockice, cokolada i kolacici, cimet- njamiiiiiii!!! Zato i imam bezbroj parfema i toaletnih vodica, zato i non-stop kupujem raznorazne losione za telo, dezodoranse, kupkice i sl, samo ako mi se aroma svidi. 

Vec sam spominjala koliko volim da u Dm drogerijama pazarim kozmetiku, a ono sto mi se posebno svidja su Balea proizvodi za telo sa bozanstvenim mirisima, narocito njihove limitirane linije koje izbacuju na trziste svake sezone- e to uvek moram da imam! U ovom postu mozete videti sta sam u proteklih nekoliko meseci koristila (i jos uvek koristim!)- nesto sam i ranije uzimala pa dokupila a nesto po prvi put isprobala. Mirisni raj!!!

Dry skin savers

You will agree with me that the care and protection of the skin is very important, especially in some specific periods during the year- for example in the summer and winter when the skin needs a special care. Not so much divides us from the winter; cold winds and rains have already started, and if you consider as well the beginning of the heating season, well my dears- all that means a little (and in some cases- drastic) change in our skincare. I already mentioned before that my skin is normal, but with a slight tendency towards a sensitive type (it especially reacts with the changes in temperature). What my skin particularly likes are thick, oily and nutritive creams that prevent a specific "tight" feeling. I haven't still found my perfect face cream, but there are some universal products (both for body and face) that I like to use lately, and these are Coconut jelly- 100% pure Vaseline and Balea cream with calendula (marigold).

Slozicete se sa mnom da je nega i zastita koze veoma vazna, narocito u nekim specificnim periodima tokom godine- npr. tokom leta i zime kada je kozi potrebna posebna briga. Ne deli nas toliko puno od zime, hladni vetrovi i kise su uveliko poceli, pa ako jos tome dodate pocetak sezone grejanja- dragi moji sve to znaci malu (a kod nekog i drasticnu) promenu u nezi koze. Vec sam napominjala da je moja koza normalna ali sa blagom tendencijom ka osetljivom tipu, narocito pri promenama temperature. Ono sto joj posebno prija su guste, masnije i hranljivije kreme koje sprecavaju osecaj zategnutosti. Jos uvek nisam pronasla svoju savrsenu kremu za lice, ali postoje neki univerzalni proizvodi (za telo i lice) koje volim da koristim u poslednje vreme i koji mi pomazu, a to su Cist vazelin sa kokosom i Balea mast sa nevenom.

Prvi jesenji look... ono sto je najbolje ovde su definitivno Laki i moj dragi, a potom i moja nova karirana suknjica u jesenjoj boji bundeve i u blagom balon obliku...

Due to my travels and movements lately, I haven't been able to show you the last moments of the summer we left behind us, nor outfits at the time when they were made and photographed. Thanks to that these days you will have a chance to see a couple of extra "summer memories". Maybe looking at the pictures can create the illusion of warmth and sunshine, which is the opposite to the wind, rain and cold- our reality these days...

Zahvaljujuci mojim putovanjima i kretanjima u poslednje vreme, nisam bila u mogucnosti da vam prikazem zavrsne momente leta koje je za nama, kao ni outfite u trenutku kada su stvarani i slikani. Zato vas ovih dana ceka par dodatnih "letnjih uspomena". Mozda posmatrajuci te slike i stvorim iluziju toplote i suncanog vremena sto je opsta suprotnost vetru, kisi i hladnoci koji su nasa realnost ovih dana...

Dreams Luxury Suites | Imerovigli, Santorini

"Dreams Luxury Suites" in Imerovigli, was the place where we stayed during our last two days in Santorini. Only five available apartments (four apartments and one villa), each furnished and decorated differently, provide complete isolation and exclusivity which is particularly suitable for the couples. Our apartment "Orfeas" with the dominant and refreshing green shades used in the decoration, consisted of: a living room, bedroom, kitchenette, gorgeous bathroom (definitely my favorite part!), a private pool and jacuzzi. Although we spent a short time here, we really enjoyed in this wonderful ambient and privacy.

"Dreams Luxury Suites" u mestu Imerovigli- upravo ovde smo bili smesteni zadnja dva dana tokom naseg boravka na Santoriniju. Samo pet dostupnih apartmana (cetiri apartmana i jedna vila), svaki drugacije uredjen i dekorisan, pruzaju potpunu izolaciju i ekskluzivnost sto je posebno pogodno za parove. Nas apartman "Orfeas" sa dominantnim i osvezavajucim zelenim nijansama koje preovladavaju u dekoraciji, u svom sastavu je imao: dnevnu i spavacu sobu, kuhinjicu, bozanstveno kupatilo (definitivno moj omiljeni deo!), sopstveni bazen i djakuzi. Iako smo kratko vreme proveli ovde, uzivali smo u divnom ambijentu i privatnosti.

SANTORINI vacation # Last day, leaving the island

The holidays came to an end... One week of total relaxation, rest and peace; one week of swimming and sunbathing; one week of enjoying in the beauty of Santorini in the company of a loved one... Is there anything more delightful?:)

These are the pictures we made ​​just before our departure, in Imerovigli. Before we reached the port, we only stopped at the winery "Santo Wines", and took a few bottles of wine for gifts and for our personal pleasure...:)

I odmoru je dosao kraj... Nedelju dana potpune relaksacije, odmora i mira; nedelju dana kupanja i suncanja; nedelju dana uzivanja u lepotama Santorinija u drustvu voljene osobe... ima li icega lepseg?:) 

Ovo su slike koje smo napravili bas pred polazak, u Imerovigliju. Pre nego sto smo se ukrcali na feribot, svratili smo do vinarije "Santo Wines", i uzeli nekoliko flasa vina za poklone ali i za nase licno zadovoljstvo...:)

SANTORINI vacation # Dreams luxury suites

Last day... After the breakfast we slowly packed all the things and spent some time in our private pool and jacuzzi. We had to leave the suite by 12pm. Since we had a ferry to catch at half past three in the afternoon, we decided to use that free time in-between for one last yet long swimming in the pool of Chromata (again!lol).... But that part of the story you will see tomorrow...

Poslednji dan... Nakon dorucka spakovali smo sve stvari i proveli neko vreme brckajuci se u nasem privatnom bazenu i djakuziju. Morali da napustimo apartman do 12h. S obzirom da smo imali feribot u pola cetiri popodne, odlucili smo da iskoristimo slobodno vreme izmedju i okupamo se jos jednom na bazenu u Chromati (opet!haha)... Ali taj deo price cete videti sutra...

Last evening look... last night in Santorini... we went for a drink with our dear friend, bought some souvenirs and gifts, took a walk and came back to our suit... still under the influence of all those wonderful moments we fell asleep in our cozy and warm bed...

Poslednji vecernji look... Poslednja noc na Santoriniju... Otisli smo na pice sa nasim dragim prijateljem, kupili suvenire i poklone, prosetali se i vratili se u nas apartman... ususkani i opijeni od divnih trenutaka zaspali smo u toplom krevetu...

Sixth day... small change of the plans, precisely said- change of the hotel... We spent the morning by the pool in Chromata, packed our suitcases and in the afternoon we moved to the Dreams Luxury Suites...

Sesti dan... mala promena planova, preciznije receno promena hotela... Jutro smo proveli u Chromati pored bazena, spakovali kofere i popodne presli u Dreams Luxury Suites...

SANTORINI vacation # Day 5

The fifth day... even though we were on the beach in the morning, most of the day we spent enjoying by the pool because this was our last night in Chromata...

Peti dan... iako smo ujutru bili na plazi, veci deo dana smo proveli uzivajuci pored bazena jer nam je ovo bila zadnja noc u Chromati...

CHROMATA Hotel | Imerovigli, Santorini

For three years in a row Chromata hotel is our choice! It is located in Imerovigli, just a few minutes away from the center of Thira. It belongs to the chain of "Small Luxury Hotels", and "luxury" is exactly the word that perfectly describes this hotel and each of the 22 rooms and suites. Whitewashed in the form of a cave, with white furniture and pastel lilac wooden blinds- modern, minimalistic, very chic yet natural. Wonderful and polite people who work there led by the sweetest hotel manager Roula, contributed this year as well that we feel like we're part of the family...

Vec tri godine zaredom Chromata hotel je nas izbor! Nalazi se u mestu Imerovigli, samo par minuta udaljenom od centra Thire. Pripada lancu "Small Luxury Hotels", i upravo je luksuz rec koja savrseno opisuje ovaj hotel i svaku od 22 sobe i apartmana. Okrecene u belo i u obliku pecine, sa belim namestajem i pastelno lila obojenim drvenim zaluzinama- moderno, minimalisticki, vrlo sik a opet prirodno. Divni i ljubazni ljudi koji tamo rade na celu sa dragom menadzerkom hotela Rulom, i ove godine su doprineli da se mi osetimo kao deo porodice...

SANTORINI vacation # Day 4

Day four... it's sunnier and sunnier, no more clouds, sky is so clear... beach and swimming, short afternoon walk in Firostefani and then soaking up mild yet warm sun by the hotel pool...

Dan cetvrti... sve je vise i vise sunca, ni naznake oblacima, nebo je tako cisto... plaza i kupanje, kratka setnjica po Firostefaniju, a potom upijanje poslednjih zracaka sunca pored hotelskog bazena...

Santorini outfit: Old Gold

The third night and a small change- our destination for the evening stroll was Oia. Something that I especially enjoy every time when I find myself in this small beautiful place, is admiring and indulging in all those gorgeous jewelry pieces available in the numerous elegant shops. Selection of the jewelry sold here is very close to my sensibility as well to the design style I like to use in my Glam Chameleon Jewelry line.

Trece vece i mala promena- nasa destinacija za vecerasnju setnju je bila Oia. Nesto u cemu posebno uzivam uvek kada se nadjem u ovom malom lepom mestu, jeste razgledanje divnog nakita koji je dostupan u zlatarama i brojnim elegantnim radnjicama. Izbor nakita koji se ovde prodaje je vrlo blizak mom senzibilitetu i uopste stilu rada koji primenjujem na svojoj liniji Glam Chameleon Jewelry.

SANTORINI vacation # Day 3

Third day... Weather started to be better, less humidity in the air... Theros beach with its bar was our first destination for this day. We stayed there a couple of hours- swimming, sunbathing and enjoying in the peace (this is called "off-season paradise"!). The afternoon was, as always, reserved for the hotel pool, and "additional tanning"...

Treci dan... Vreme je pocelo da se poboljsava, vec se manje oseca vlaga u vazduhu... Theros plaza sa istoimenim barom je nasa prva destinacija za ovaj dan. Ostali smo par sati, kupajuci se, suncajuci i uzivajuci u miru i tisini (ovo se zove "vansezonski raj"!). Popodne kao i uvek rezervisano za hotelski bazen i "dodatan rad na tenu"...

White, lace, crochet... Just before the holidays I had firmly decided to incorporate these elements into the content of my suitcase, since it's something which I have always associated with the island of Santorini... An evening walk turned out to be a great opportunity...

Belo, cipka, nesto heklano... Neposredno pred odlazak na odmor cvrsto sam resila da ukljucim spomenute elemente u sadrzaj mog kofera, s obzirom da su me ove stvari oduvek asocirale na ostrvo Santorini... Jedna vecernja setnja se ispostavila kao odlicna prilika da odluku sprovedem u delo...

Second day, quite similar to the first one... Breakfast, beach, pool, reading, sunbathing, swimming and early sleeping...:)

Drugi dan, vrlo slican prethodnom... Dorucak, plaza, bazen, citanje, suncanje, plivanje i raniji odlazak na spavanje...:)

Santorini outfit: White & Gold Sailor

You can not fight against the nature... My wavy hair is a "consequence" of the already mentioned humidity in the air. Until the end of the holiday it stayed like that- natural, no ironing, excessive blow drying and similar... The program for this evening included a walk around the city, and then a drink in our hotel- magical potion before going to bed...

Protiv prirode se ne moze... Moja talasasta kosa je "posledica" ranije spomenute vlage. Do kraja odmora je i ostala takva, prirodna, bez trunke peglanja, feniranja i sl... Program za ovo vece je obuhvatao setnju gradom, i potom pice u nasem hotelu- magican napitak pred spavanje...

SANTORINI vacation # Day 1

Our first day in Santorini and quite surprising weather. Huge greyish clouds created by the moisture were covering the sky during the whole day, only occasionally allowing the sun to warm us with its whole strength. Extremely warm but wet weather... After healthy breakfast we unpacked our suitcases, put on bathing suits and spent the afternoon at the beach chasing the sun. Extremely tired of the working summer and the road, we went to sleep early. Thanks to the incredibly comfortable beds in Chromata, we always sleep like babies... zzzzzzzzzz...

Nas prvi dan na Santoriniju i vrlo iznenadjujuce vremenske prilike. Ogromni sivkasti oblaci stvoreni od vlage prekrivali su nebo preko citavog dana, tek ponekad dopustajuci suncu da zagreje svom svojom jacinom. Izuzetno toplo ali vlazno vreme... Nakon zdravog dorucka smo raspakovali stvari, obukli kupace kostime i celo popodne proveli na plazi jureci sunce. Izuzetno umorni od radnog leta i od puta, zaspali smo rano. Zbog neverovatno udobnih kreveta u Chromati uvek spavamo kao bebe... zzzzzzz.....

SANTORINI vacation | On the way to the island

Finally I can show some memories from my holiday!! After deleting and deleting bunch of photos during this weekend I realized I still have more than 500! Editing them is a time consuming activity for a perfectionist like me, but I'm enjoying in each moment...

Konacno mogu da pokazem neke uspomene sa nedavno zavrsenog odmora!! Nakon brisanja i brisanja gomile fotografija tokom proteklog vikenda, shvatila sam da ih i dalje imam preko 500! Sredjivanje slika je poprilicno vremenski konzumirajuca aktivnost za perfekcionistu kao sto sam ja, ali uzivam u svakom trenutku dok to radim...

Another summerish look thanks to the sunny and warm weather we're still enjoying in here in Greece. As I heard good weather is expected in Serbia as well, at least for the next week. Suitcases are packed, a bit of summer/lighter and a bit of fall/warmer clothes. We'll be leaving at 6am the next morning...

Jos jedan "letnji" look zahvaljujuci suncanom i toplom vremenu u kome uzivamo i dalje ovde u Grckoj. Koliko sam cula lepo vreme me ocekuje i u Srbiji, barem u narednih nedelju dana. Koferi su spakovani, malo letnje/laganije malo jesenje/toplije garderobe. Na put krecemo u sest casova izjutra...

We arrived home (last night), our short but sweet holiday came to its end. It was magnificent in Santorini... Tomorrow I'll be packing my suitcases, again, and straight to Belgrade. I don't have a break, this is what happens when you live in two countries- Greece and Serbia in my case...

Stigli smo kuci (nocas), dosao je kraj nasem kratkom ali slatkom odmoru. Bilo je fenomenalno na Santoriniju... Sutra me ponovo ceka pakovanje kofera, pa pravac Beograd. Nemam predaha, tako vam je kad zivite na relaciji Grcka-Srbija...

I love Santorini.  Beautiful memories connect me with this gorgeous Greek island, starting from the late summer of 2010. That's why I gave the name "Santorini" to one of the necklaces I made ​​just before the summer. Two layers of white agate, lapis lazuli and sodalite remind me on wonderful white and blue architecture and unusual field configuration typical for this volcanic island...

Volim Santorini. Prelepe uspomene me vezu za ovo bozanstveno grcko ostrvo, pocevsi od kasnog leta 2010-te godine. Upravo zbog toga sam i dala naziv "Santorini" jednoj od ogrlica koje sam neposredno pred leto napravila. Dva sloja belog ahata, lapis lazulija i sodalita asociraju me na divnu belo plavu arhitekturu i nepravilnu konfiguraciju terena tipicnu za ovo vulkansko ostrvo...

Did I already introduce you the dress that is my dear and secure choice during the summer days? I don't think so, and it certainly deserves... It is so light you can barely feel it on the skin, it has such a lovely pastel lavender shade and adorable print which is actually the best decoration...

Da li sam vam vec predstavila haljinicu koja je moj siguran i dragi izbor tokom letnjih dana? Mislim da nisam, a svakako to zasluzuje... Toliko je lagana da je jedva osecate na kozi, ima lepu pastelnu boju lavande i divan print koji je zapravo ukras svegat...

It's been a while since I published some "evening look" here on the blog. I will certainly implement more of the same in the future... I find it very amusing to see what changes we can make in our morning, afternoon and evening outfits, if there is such a difference at all in someone's style. For me, it's primarily shown in the bolder make-up, maybe in the use of different and "mostly reserved for the night" materials and possibly in the jewelry choice. No other differences- I like to look pretty, chic, glam & fab from morning till night!:)

Proslo je izvesno vreme otkako sam objavila neki "vecernji look" ovde na blogu. Svakako cu ubuduce implementirati vise istih... Smatram da je vrlo zabavno videti kakvu promenu mozemo uciniti svojim jutarnjim, podnevnim i vecernjim odevnim kombinacijama, ako uopste i postoji takva razlika u necijem stilu. Kod mene se to primecuje prvenstveno u pojacanom make up-u, mozda koriscenju drugacijih i vecinom "rezervisanih" za vece materijala i eventualno izboru nakita. Druge razlike nema- volim da izgledam sredjeno, sik, glam & fab od jutra do sutra!:)

It's such a lovely, lovely, lovely day today... It's my birthday! Tonight, my favorite singer Mixalis Hatzigiannis performs in the place where I am now, so you know where the celebration will take the place!!:) I couldn't believe when I heard that Mixalis is going to have his concert here and exactly on my birthday! Coincidence? I do not think so, there is no such a thing!;)

Danas nam je divan dan, divan dan, divan dan... Meni je rodjendan! Veceras moj omiljeni pevac Mixalis Hatzigiannis gostuje u mestu u kojem sam trenutno, tako da znate gde ce se slaviti!:) Nisam mogla da verujem kada sam cula da Mixalis ima nastup, ovde i to bas na moj rodjendan!! Slucajnost? Ne bih rekla, tako nesto ne postoji!;)

Manicure of the week: Candy Nails

Candy nails... this is what happens when I start to play and let my imagination run wild. Enlarged collection of nail polishes and recently bought brush set (plus ordered boxes of nail decorations) threaten to become my new "obsession" in the future period!

Candy nails... evo sta se desava kada se zaigram i pustim masti na volju. Uvecana kolekcija lakova i nedavno kupljen set cetkica (plus narucene kutijice dekorativnih ukrasa za nokte) prete da postanu moja nova "opsesija" u buducem periodu!

My shop decoration

Most of you who follow and read my blog know that over the summer I always work somewhere "close to the sea", with no exceptions. This and last one I've started helping G in one of the seasonal shops (main), because he needs to take care of the other two in the place where we live that are open all year round. Here you can find all kinds of souvenirs: books about Greece, statues and jars, postcards, pictures, magnets and similar, as well as some "fashionable accessories" such as: handbags, scarves, sunglasses, jewelry (including silver and gold). Maybe you can guess maybe not, but my favorite part has always been and will be- decoration. It's something I enormously enjoy doing, so much that during the sorting, stacking and putting things in a certain (conceived in my mind) place, I often lose track of time. Here is how one part looks like...

Vecina vas koji pratite i citate moj blog znate da preko leta uvek radim "na moru", bez izuzetaka. Ove kao i prosle godine pocela sam da pomazem J u jednoj od sezonskih radnji (glavna), jer on vodi racuna o druge dve u mestu gde zivimo koje su otvorene cele godine. Dakle tu mozete pronaci raznorazne suvenire: knjige o Grckoj, statue i cupove, razglednice, slike, magnete i slicno, ali i brojne "modne dodatke" kao sto su: torbe, marame, naocare, nakit (ukljucujuci srebro i zlato). Mozda pretpostavljate mozda ne, ali moj omiljeni deo je uvek bila i ostala dekoracija. To je nesto u cemu neizmerno uzivam, toliko da tokom razvrstavanja, slaganja i stavljanja stvari na odredjeno (iliti zamisljeno u mom umu) mesto, cesto izgubim pojam o vremenu. Evo kako izgleda jedan deo...

"Go bold or go home" is always my motto and choice when it comes to the colorful outfit combining! I love colors too much, I love my life, I love taking risks (from time to time), I love being proactive, energetic and optimistic and there is no point in hiding my vibrational mood which I'm consistently and diligently working on. I embrace all this, every day of my life, and enthusiastically express it through my looks, clothes, jewelry, make-up, basically everything that can help us in creating our personal "visual effect"...

"Budite hrabri ili idite kuci" je moj moto i izbor kada su u pitanju koloristicke outfit kombinacije! Obozavam boje, obozavam svoj zivot, volim da rizikujem (s vremena na vreme), volim kada sam proaktivna, energicna i optimisticna, i ne vidim nikakvu poentu u sakrivanju mog vibracionog raspolozenja na kojem konstantno i marljivo radim! Zahvalna sam za sve ovo svakog dana svog zivota i sa entuzijazmom to ispoljavam kroz izbor garderobe, nakita, make up-a, prakticno sve ono sto nam pomaze da stvorimo nas licni "vizuelni efekat"...

When I take a look at these pictures, I realize how much Laki is growing overnight, but literally! We captured those moments like two weeks ago, and he's two times bigger now! His teeth grow and he's chewing all things (because of that each pair of my shoes is completely out of the reach!) including wooden doors; his nails grow and I'm wearing marks (read: scratches!) on my hands with such a dignity and elegance. But well, it's all a natural process of growth, maturation and change, for both of us... we learn something new every day, and we're looking forward to it...

Kada bacim pogled na ove slike, shvatam koliko zapravo Laki poraste preko noci, ali bukvalno! Ove trenutke smo uslikali pre jedno dve nedelje, a on je sada dva puta veci! Zubi mu rastu pa gricka sve zivo (zato je svaki par mojih cipela apsolutno van domasaja!) ukljucujuci i drvena vrata; nokti mu rastu a ja vrlo dostojanstveno i elegantno nosim tragove (citaj: ogrebotine!) na svojim rukama. Ali dobro, sve je to proces odrastanja, sazrevanja i promene, i za jedno i drugo... ucimo i saznajemo nesto novo svakog dana, i radujemo se tome...

Flower print has become my "weakness" this year, while as a kid I hated it. I'm glad that flowers are really popular this year, yet I'm more glad to know they will be equally popular the next year. This means that not even one thing embellished with this soft and romantic print won't end up in some paper box, but will continue to occupy a special place in my wardrobe...

Cvetni print je moja "slabost" ove godine, a kao mladja sam ga prezirala. Drago mi je sto znam da su ove godine cvetici u modi, ali jos mi je draze saznanje da ce i naredne godine biti podjednako popularni. To znaci da nijedna stvar ulepsana ovim neznim i romanticnim printom nece zavrsiti u nekoj papirnoj kutiji ili kesi, vec ce i dalje zauzimati pocasno mesto u mom garderoberu...

We all know that white and black color make a perfect match, both independently used in a combination or with a touch of another color- especially bright yellow and fiery red. No matter how much I consider myself to be a "coloristic type", from time to time I get struck by some "minimalistic moment" when I want to wear only one color from head to toe, or two/three moderate shades. To immediately "distance" myself- this refers to the colors, not the prints, it is quite another thing in my mind that doesn't fall under the same category! Exactly this look is a good example...

Svi znamo da se bela i crna boja fenomenalno slazu, kako samostalno tako i uz dasak neke druge boje- narocito blistavo zute i vatreno crvene. Ma koliko god ja bila "koloristicki tip", nekada mi prosto nadodje "minimalisticki trenutak" kada bih nosila samo jednu boju od glave do pete, ili pak dve/tri krajnje svedene nijanse. Da se odmah ogradim- ovo se odnosi na boje, ne i na printove, to je sasvim druga stvar koja u mom mozgu ne potpada pod istu kategoriju! Upravo ovaj look je pravi primer...
